Translated NZTD paper declaration forms
The translated New Zealand Traveller Declaration (NZTD) forms are examples only to help when completing a NZTD paper declaration form (in English).
An NZTD paper declaration form will be available on arrival in New Zealand. If you have completed a digital declaration, you do not need to complete a paper form.
Please note: the translated NZTD paper declaration forms are for reference only and cannot be presented to Customs or MPI staff upon arrival into New Zealand.
